Alexandra Davies advises on all aspects of noncontentious construction law across a variety of transactions, ranging from investment and development to development financing. She has experience in a range of industry sectors, including real estate, energy, and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Alexandra completed her training contract at a national firm with a specialist construction team before joining a Magic Circle law firm in London where she regularly acted on behalf of institutional investors, funders, developers, and landlords.
