Jetta Cook is an environmental lawyer with an emphasis on complex regulatory issues. This includes providing regulatory and litigation assistance for a number of state and federal environmental laws and regulations.
As a member of Jones Day's environmental, health & safety team, Jetta focuses a significant portion of her practice on environmental disputes, environmental litigation and regulatory enforcement proceedings, assists clients in securing permits and other regulatory approvals for their operations and projects, and provides compliance counseling and due diligence/transactional support.
