Elvira Coloma advises international and domestic clients in Spanish and cross-border finance transactions, especially in the areas of corporate finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, and refinancing.
Elvira has represented creditors and borrowers in high-profile structured finance deals as well as in a wide range of traditional lending transactions. She also has in-depth experience in cross-border and multijurisdictional financial and debt restructuring matters and has advised on Spanish insolvency matters. Elvira has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including consumer and industrial goods, logistics, real estate, and financial services.
