Ben Constine represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination claims, government investigations, compliance matters, and traditional labor disputes. Much of Ben's practice involves representing airlines and railroads in matters under the Railway Labor Act, including in disputes before the National Mediation Board. Ben also regularly represents clients in labor arbitrations concerning disputes over contract interpretation, discipline, and discharge.
Ben is an active member of the American Mock Trial Association. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
