Logan Bennett focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation before federal and state courts. He has experience preparing written discovery, drafting dispositive briefs and various motions, and assisting with fact investigations and development.
As part of his pro bono practice, Logan participates in the the Pro Se Prisoner's Rights Program in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, where he assists prisoners pursuing civil rights claims through the alternative dispute resolution process.
