Kendall Beard is a litigator with broad experience in high-stakes commercial disputes across a range of industries. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation and recently defended a large technical services firm in litigation involving alleged exposure to hazardous materials. He also focuses his practice on shareholder disputes, mass tort actions, multijurisdictional False Claims Act cases, and consumer protection disputes involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Kendall maintains an active pro bono practice. He represents indigent clients in criminal appeals, assists survivors of human trafficking in expunging criminal records, and prepares migrants for asylum and withholding of removal hearings.
As part of his commitment to giving back, Kendall serves as a coach for the trial team at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, helping law students develop their advocacy skills and prepare for careers in litigation.
