Josh Baxter is a corporate real estate lawyer who advises on private equity and real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and disposals.
Josh joined Jones Day in 2026 from a London law firm, where he acted for private equity firms, pension funds, and institutional investors, as well as property developers and owner-managed businesses. His experience spans corporate and real estate transactions across a variety of sectors and asset classes, including hotels, student accommodations, and mixed-use developments. During this time, Josh also served a secondment with Fiera Real Estate, where he supported its in-house legal team on property investments and fund-related matters.
