Chelsea Bollman represents clients in high-stakes, complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. With a focus on antitrust litigation, Chelsea has experience in all aspects of sophisticated case defense and multidistrict class action litigation. She also regularly serves as lead counsel on cases around the country involving claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Chelsea proudly maintains an active pro bono practice. In 2024, her team successfully obtained asylum for a Honduran family seeking refuge in the United States. She also represents clients in a federal Section 1983 case and criminal expungements.

Experience

  • National Beef Packing Company defends against antitrust suitJones Day is representing National Beef Packing Company, LLC in putative antitrust class action litigation (and dozens of individual direct purchaser actions) brought against four U.S. meatpackers by purported classes of cattle producers, direct purchasers, and indirect purchasers who allege that the meatpackers illegally conspired to reduce the price paid for fed cattle, while simultaneously increasing the price of beef.
