Lehman & Company in connection with the bolt-on acquisition of Tube Tech, Koch Equity Development's follow-on preferred equity investment in Victoria PLC, Passion Capital in the sale of UK Vehicle Ltd and the immediate repurchase of Car and Classic Holdings Ltd, ARA Asset Management in the acquisition of InfraRed European Real Estate Investment Management from InfraRed Capital Partners, and True Capital in connection with the formation of True Capital III LP.
