Marissa Alfano is a corporate restructuring lawyer who represents clients in distressed transactions and in-court restructuring proceedings and has experience in multiple practice areas.
Notable representations include, among others, serving as counsel to Diebold Nixdorf and securing $1.25 billion debtor-in-possession financing in the chapter 11 restructuring; representing Shiloh Industries, who successfully consummated a sale of substantially all of their assets pursuant to section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code; and serving as special litigation counsel for Nine Point Energy.
Marissa currently serves on the board for Partners, which is Playhouse Square's young professionals group. Marissa also serves on the committee for the Cleveland Office's women's affinity group, RRAIN (Retention, Recruiting & Advancing in Network).
