Kezia Adams is an experienced intellectual property associate who works closely with clients to solve complex problems. She has significant dispute and transactional experience, having acted in disputes involving contracts, trademarks, patents, misuse of confidential information, copyrights, designs, domain names, and trade practices. She has successfully obtained Anton Piller (search) orders and assists clients in responding to investigations by regulators.
Kezia also advises clients on the protection of intellectual property rights (including trademark prosecution), the advertising and marketing of products and services, and the commercialization and licensing of intellectual property.
In addition, Kezia has extensive in-house experience having completed secondments at a major automotive manufacturer and distributor, a leading Australian university, and the Victorian government.
