Julius Arden advises national and international clients on labor and employment matters. He also counsels companies on the liability of managing directors and has experience in designing remuneration systems and in international distribution matters.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Julius worked for a German company in the automotive sector for more than two years and as a trainee at an international law firm, where he advised German and international clients on M&A and corporate matters.
Julius's Ph.D. thesis focused on executive board member liability in legal infringement cases.
