Jones Day Crafts Guide For Child Image Exploitation Cases (Law360)
Partner Bethany Biesenthal and associate Ally McQueen were interviewed about the 400 page manual that Jones Day lawyers prepared for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). The manual provides guidance to lawyers working pro bono on how to represent victims of online distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The Attorney Manual: Guide to Representation of Children Victimized by the Online Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material is available for download on the NCMEC website.
