Mineral rights cases lie ahead, Crain's Shale Report

Cleveland partner Jeff Ubersax recently contributed an article to Crain's Cleveland Business's Shale Report on the increase in the number of lawsuits involving Ohio's Dormant Mineral Act. He discusses the reasons for the uptick in these lawsuits, as well as provisions of the Act that have been interpreted differently by the state's courts of common pleas.
