Crescent Point Group invests in LBC Express

Jones Day advised Crescent Point Group in connection with its purchase of a $50 million secured Convertible Instrument to be issued, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, by LBC Express Holdings, Inc. ("LBC Express"), a Philippine entity listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. LBC Express provides pick-up and delivery, and air freight services primarily in the Philippines, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
