Client(s) Riverside Company, The

Jones Day represented The Riverside Company in connection with the acquisition by portfolio company ARCOS of the utility services division of Macrosoft. The division’s product lines include Resources on-Demand (RoD) software, the weather and utility news portal called Outagecentral.com, and software development services for the utility industry.
