Jones Day represented Bloomfield Collieries Pty Ltd. in the acquisition of the Integra open cut coal mine assets from Glencore Coal and the Integra coal joint venturers, including Vale. The assets included mining leases, freehold land, project approvals and licenses, plant and equipment, and mining information.
