Jones Day provided legal advice to Henko Capital Partners SGEIC, S.A. in connection with a syndicated financing agreement granted to special purpose vehicle (SPV) Aspen Infrastructure Group, S.L. and certain of its subsidiaries, in connection with the acquisition of certain target companies, the financing of the Group's earn-out payment or permitted acquisitions, and general treasury needs of the Group.
