National bank amends and restates secured credit facility for legal technology services consultant

Client(s) National bank

Jones Day represented a national bank, as administrative agent, in connection with a $135 million amendment and restatement of a secured credit facility for a legal technology services consultant. The amended and restated facility consisted of a $12 million revolving credit facility, a $14.25 million term loan A, and a $71.75 million term loan B, a $6.25 million delayed draw term loan A, and a $30.75 million delayed draw term loan B.
