Physician practices secure dismissal of False Claims Act claims

Jones Day represented three medical practices who were defendants in a qui tam action brought under the federal False Claims Act. The United States investigated and declined to intervene as to the practices, after which the complaint was unsealed. Jones Day successfully defended the allegations and the relators' claims were then dismissed.
