Jones Day represented Koch Disruptive Technologies as lead investor in the Series A financing of Polaris Electro-Optics, a Colorado-based developer of next-generation optical modulators. Polaris develops ultra-high-bandwidth, low-power, highly linear photonic modulators that improve data throughput and energy efficiency for data centers, HPC, and AI/ML interconnects.
