Jones Day advised Brownfields Gestion in connection with the formation of Foncière des Générations 1, a real estate fund under the form of a professional real estate collective investment scheme or OPPCI (Organisme Professionnel de Placement Collectif Immobilier). The OPPCI will own 15 residences located on former urban sites that have been rehabilitated.
