Jones Day assisted Natixis, KBC Bank, NatWest Markets, and Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale in connection with the issuance by the Walloon Region, a federated entity of the Kingdom of Belgium, of (i) €700 million of 0.5% bonds due June 22, 2037 (16Y) and (ii) €500 million of 1.25% bonds due June 22, 2071 (50Y). The bonds will be listed on Euronext Brussels. This is the longest benchmark issue ever done by the Walloon Region.
