HealthHero acquires Qare

Jones Day advised HealthHero in its acquisition of Qare, a French platform that provides medical video consultation services, backed by Kamet Ventures. The deal makes HealthHero the largest telehealth provider in Europe, covering 22 million people and providing more than 3 million consultations a year.
