Jones Day advised Rotation Dynamics Corporation d/b/a RotaDyne in its sale of substantially all of the operating assets of the Elastomer Processing Group rubber manufacturing business, and certain real property located in Chicago, Illinois, to Ace Midwest, LLC, a subsidiary of Ace Elastomer, Inc.
