Wells Fargo amends credit agreement for Black Creek Industrial Fund

Jones Day represented Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, joint lead arranger, and joint bookrunner, in connection with an amendment to its credit agreement for Black Creek Industrial Fund, a real estate investment fund. The amendment consisted of a $400 million revolving credit facility and a $200 million term loan facility.
