Jones Day represented Natixis, ODDO BHF SCA, and Bryan, Garnier & Co Limited, as joint global coordinators, joint lead managers, and joint bookrunners, in connection with the €37 million private placement of shares of Carbios, a French green chemistry company. The transaction was composed of (i) a €27 million capital increase offered to qualified investors, in and outside of France, including in the United States, by way of an accelerated bookbuilding and private placement and (ii) the €10 million sale of existing shares by investment funds managed by Truffle Capital and by Holding Incubatrice.
