Client(s) Flemish Community

Jones Day assisted the Flemish Community, a federated entity of the Kingdom of Belgium, in connection with the issuance of a €1 billion 0.01% Bond due June 23, 2027 (7-year) and €1 billion 1.0 % Bond due January 23, 2051 (long 30-year). The bonds will be listed on Euronext Brussels.
