Jones Day is representing Estonian construction company AS Windoor in ICSID arbitration proceedings against the Republic of Kazakhstan. Windoor is claiming millions of dollars of compensation under the Estonia-Kazakhstan Bilateral Investment Treaty for the unlawful expropriation of its construction investment.
