MonticelloAM forms corporate fund

Jones Day advised its NY-based client MonticelloAM, LLC in connection with the formation of a feeder fund for a large Canadian investment bank that invest in “B” piece participations in commercial loans made to buyers and operators of nursing and other senior housing facilities throughout the United States. Feeder has an initial commitment of $30 million and will co-invest alongside other existing funds and REITs managed by MonticelloAM, LLC. Also advise on the periodic formation of various lender SPVs that originate and service loans to operators of nursing homes and senior/residential housing across the United States, with bundled loans ranging from $20 million to $100 million per borrower.
