Jones Day advised Hard Rock International in a transaction to acquire Turfway Park in Florence, Kentucky, from Jack Ohio LLC, an affiliate of JACK Entertainment LLC, and then in the subsequent assignment of its purchase rights to Churchill Downs Incorporated.
