Jones Day represented TransDigm Inc., a leading global designer, producer, and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, in connection with the amendment to its trade receivable securitization facility with PNC Bank, National Association, as administrator, including to, among other things, increase the purchase limit to $350 million.
