U.S. Bank National Association amends credit facility to provide additional $28.5 million in acquisition financing to Sachs Intermediate Holdings

Jones Day represented U.S. Bank National Association, as administrative agent, in connection with an amendment of the credit facility provided to Sachs Electric Company, a large electrical contractor, and Sachs Intermediate Holdings Inc. The amendment consisted of a $20 million revolving facility and a $8.5 million term facility used for the acquisition of a Minnesota-based electrical contractor.
