Jones Day advised Deutsche Bank AG and Bank of America Merrill Lynch International in connection with a senior secured term loan facility provided to a single purpose entity established under the laws of Italy that shall be owned by a single purpose entity established under the laws of Luxembourg for the purposes of refinancing indebtedness of the borrower.
