Jones Day advised Flint Hills Resources, LLC, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., in the sale of its chemical intermediates business to a subsidiary of INEOS Enterprises. The transaction included a production facility in Joliet, Illinois, and distribution centers in Switzerland and Asia.
