Jones Day represented Resilience Capital Partners LLC in connection with the sale by portfolio company CR Brands, Inc. of its Mean Green specialty cleaning products line and its exclusive United States and Canadian license for Roto-Rooter-branded drain care products to the Rust-Oleum group of RPM International.
