Client(s) Turnbridge Capital, LLC

Jones Day represented Turnbridge Capital, LLC and its portfolio company, Allied Horizontal Wireline Services, in connection with (i) a new senior secured revolving credit facility provided by PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, (ii) an amendment to and extension of its senior secured term loan facility provided by a syndicate of lenders led by Wilmington Trust, National Association, as administrative agent, and (iii) related intercreditor arrangements.
