Jones Day provided English law advice to Godrej East Africa Holdings Limited in the $25 million term loan provided by HSBC Bank (Mauritius) Limited in connection with financing the acquisition of Canon Chemicals Ltd., a Kenya-based manufacturer of consumer products. Godrej Consumer Products Limited acted as guarantor.
