Jones Day represented Bank of America, N.A. in connection with a $265 million syndicated secured financing for the development and construction of a mixed-use project comprised of a 648-unit luxury apartment rental complex and approximately 48,000 square feet of retail space adjacent to the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA. This project is one of the core large-scale developments helping to revitalize downtown Los Angeles.
