Client(s) Joint Administrators of Rotadyne (UK) Limited

Jones Day advised Christopher Farrington and Matthew Cowlishaw of Deloitte LLP in their capacity as joint administrators of the printing roller manufacturer, Rotadyne (UK) Limited, the UK subsidiary of Rotation Dynamics Corporation. In addition to leading the process on the company's entry into administration, Jones Day advised the joint administrators on their day-to-day duties under the administration and ultimately on the sale of the company's assets.
