Jones Day represented Meyer Bergman, Ltd., in connection with the creation of its Meyer Homes affiliate, and its joint venture with Canadian and Chinese investors for the development of up to 14 sites across London, the South East of Britain, and Bath, acquired from Tesco for £250 million, which are earmarked for mixed-use properties, including as many as 10,000 homes.
