Jones Day represented Xerys SA, as co-investor along with historical investors Siparex and Calao Finance, in connection with the purchase of €9.5 million (US$10.6 million) of Series B Preferred Shares in a private placement by Connecthings, a company focused on implementation of contactless mobile services.
