Jones Day acted for the administrators and subsequent liquidators of Drive Assist UK Limited, once one of Britain's leading non-fault accident vehicle replacement companies, along with its two sister companies which entered into administration in December 2012 and owing debts of more than £82 million.

Following a wind-down of Drive Assist's business, the liquidators completed a sale of the rump business and assets comprising the company's outstanding claims against insurers of "at fault" drivers. Previously, Jones Day acted for the administrators and liquidators in inter-creditor disputes over ownership of assets and settlement of claims against various debtors and "at fault" insurers.
