Jones Day represented Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. in connection with the formation of a joint venture with a third party venturer to acquire, finance, and manage predominantly residential real estate in the Manhattan Borough of New York City, New York.

The third party venturer is currently the asset manager, property manager and owner of approximately $3 billion in multifamily properties across Manhattan in partnership with various private and institutional investors.
