Jones Day obtained dismissal of patent infringement case against Kyocera International, Inc. brought by non-practicing-entity Alex is the Best ("AITB") in the District of Delaware. AITB accused Kyocera's smart phones of infringing three patents related to image-capturing devices that transmit images to other devices.
