Client(s) Old Carco Liquidation Trust

On behalf of Old Carco Liquidation Trust, successor in interest to Chrysler LLC, Jones Day successfully resolved litigation by and against Old Carco as a result of the City of Kenosha, Wisconsin’s efforts to block the Trust’s disposition of a former Chrysler Engine Plant. Jones Day continues to represent the Trust in the implementation of the parties’ settlement agreement and in the disposition of the property.
