Jones Day advised Hansteen Holdings PLC in its acquisition via Hansteen Property Investments Limited of Horndon Industrial Park, Essex from the Joint Administrators of Easter Investments Three Limited. The property is a 26 acre multi-let estate comprising over 600,000 square feet of industrial and office units.
