Jones Day represented a government contractor with respect to criminal and civil investigations by the United States Department of Justice, NASA, FBI, Air Force Office of Special Investigations, and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). In the summer of 2011, the Justice Department determined that no criminal charges or civil suit would be brought against either the contractor or any of its employees.
