Jones Day advised an investment management company in the preparation and negotiation of agreements for the transfer of funds to a financial services company, as well as the conversion of our client, from an asset management company to a referral distributor. This deal had a particular challenge, which included a strong analysis on dynamics of shareholders voting in mutual funds.
