Jones Day advised the London Town Group in its restructuring negotiations with Anglo-Irish Bank in relation to senior facilities of £80m. The work involved advising on restructuring solutions, directors' duties and on a subsequent pre-packaged sale out of administration of the viable parts of the Group's pub managed estate business.
